This notice describes how tehnofarm.md handles personal data. It is written to satisfy the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and equivalent Moldovan data-protection obligations.

What this website collects
The website is fully static. It does not run analytics. It does not set cookies. It does not have user accounts. It does not have forms that submit data to a backend (the contact mechanism is a mailto link to contact@tehnofarm.md, which opens the visitor's own mail client and submits nothing to this site).
The hosting infrastructure maintains standard server access logs as a matter of operational necessity (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user-agent). These logs are retained for short periods consistent with hosting-industry practice and are processed under the legitimate-interest basis of GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
Email contact
When a visitor sends email to contact@tehnofarm.md, the email content is processed for the purpose of responding to the inquiry. Email is stored for the duration appropriate to the business conversation and is not used for marketing or shared with third parties outside the institutional engagement frame agreed with the inquirer.
Rights of data subjects
Visitors have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about them
- Request rectification of inaccurate data
- Request erasure where applicable
- Object to processing
- Lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority (in Moldova: the Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal)
